The project involved providing discovery, design, and solution architecture services for a substantial membership platform. The platform was built on Shopify+, React, and React Native technologies, aimed at delivering a seamless and efficient user experience. Which the Vigo Team certainly delivered on. The project was a huge success and our client was very pleased with the outcome.

Ever since its launch, the large membership platform has achieved remarkable success, surpassing all expectations. This extraordinary accomplishment can be largely attributed to the thoughtful and strategic design implemented during its development phase. As a result of this well-crafted approach, the platform has experienced a significant surge in its conversion rates, boasting a remarkable increase of over three times compared to its initial performance. 

The success of the platform can be attributed to several key factors. First and foremost, the user-centric design and seamless user experience have significantly contributed to higher user engagement and satisfaction. The platform's intuitive interface and easy navigation have made it effortless for users to find what they need, resulting in increased conversions and continued user loyalty. 

In addition to the excellent user experience, the work by the Vigo team, the platform's robust backend architecture, built on Shopify+, React, and React Native technologies, has played a crucial role in supporting its growing membership base. Vigo were hired to conduct a product discovery for a client on our behalf. They run a MOSCOW workshop on Miro, capturing the userstories, user journey, project epics and all key features. They delivered a findings report with the UX/UI strategy, digital development strategy, costs and timings.
