For what projects/services did your company hire VideoPunk, and what were your goals?

I worked with them to have a video made showing the services we provide and to tell our story.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Video Punk was recommended. I chose them because of their story telling style.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We had a discovery session and talked about what we wanted it to look like. We coordinated meetings with all of the people who would take part in the video. We taped b-roll and the video itself.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Tommy and the feedback process was great. He really valued my input.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This video has captured my heart and tells the story when I may not be able to tell it in person. It has helped me to level up in professionalism. I am beyond pleased with their work.

Tommy kept me abreast of other projects that he was working on so I knew when to expect my finished product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tommy was easy to work with and I loved working with him. He put his heart into this project and it shows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I only wish that sometimes we could have had a quick text conversation although I always enjoyed my phone calls with Tommy.
