Vida has been working with Blu Sky Chartered Accountants for over three years. Blu sky had an outdated website, a brand that no longer reflected the team and marketing efforts that needed to be streamlined and strategised. We wanted to shift their focus from working with start ups in the North East to attracting scaling tech businesses across the UK, whilst showcasing our varied expertise. 

We also wanted to highlight one of our main USP’s - our team and niche expertise in supporting tech companies through the funding journey. Vida's work with us has spanned:

• A brand refresh to reflect target sectors. 
• Designing and developing a new bespoke website, with ongoing SEO and optimisation support. 
• Marketing strategy development and implementation. 
• Developing key marketing messaging for refocused target sectors. 
• Utilising and involving the full Blu Sky team in marketing efforts, by creating content and product information documents with their insights. 
• Creating a content marketing plan and rolling it out proactively and consistently each month. 
• Managing our CEO’s personal brand on LinkedIn.

Vida built me a marketing strategy, premium brand and website. They revolutionised my SEO and got me to the top of Google rankings for my main search term. They run all of my social media, create all of my content, and run my LinkedIn. 

They run all of my marketing activities, develop my messaging and campaigns. We have a monthly meeting where they take me through my marketing reports, sharing in-depth analysis and recommendations. We have an annual strategy review.

Vida had two separate work scopes with us. One was management of our external communication and social media channels, and the other was management of branding for a merger between two businesses. Scopes were: 
Merger: Management of internal and external communications around the merger of two established businesses.

• Raise industry and regional presence via press releases and news updates to communicate new brand. 
• Design and build an optimised website that appeals to target audience. 

Genera Marketing:

• From April 2023 to October 2023 there was a 54% increase in organic website traffic compared to the same period in 2022.
• Press coverage in both regional and industry outlets.
• Consistent growth on social media platforms.

Especially when looking at the rebranding, deadlines and progress were always clearly visually communicated, deliverables were consistently completed on time despite changing requirements from our side. Communication has been nothing short of spectacular, and I think the best thing about working with Vida. We had monthly progress meetings scheduled, but outside of those it was always easy to reach the team with any queries.

There are two things that really impressed me about working with Vida. We were impressed with their quality work and approach to customer service.

This was our first time using a creative agency, and the process has always been incredibly smooth. I don't think there is anything I would have wanted done differently.
