I’m the founder of a talent seeker application. It’s a productivity app where users can track their work in progress, and there are also industry relations elements within it.

What challenge were you trying to address with VIACOM INDIA LLP?

We needed help with marketing and advertising.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we had the website, VIACOM INDIA did our SEO and a whole gamut of digital solutions, including content writing, graphic designing, and reviews. They’ve done some blog managing and brand videos, which have been for YouTube and expos. They’ve also created 7–8 animated custom videos. The team has worked on scriptwriting, voiceover, music, and so on. They handle the end-to-end process.

Additionally, VIACOM INDIA will do the website revamp. We came up with a new logo and a new app design, so they’ve set up our Facebook in place of our website for now.

What is the team composition?

Most of our communication is with the founder, but more than 25 people are on the team.

How did you come to work with VIACOM INDIA LLP?

I searched online; I needed a company that could work on credit. If I scaled up, I’d be able to pay them back, but if I didn’t, then I wouldn’t have anything to lose. I spoke with the founder, and he said they could do that. He’s very nice.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $9,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2018, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have Google Analytics for the site, and we’ve archived our past metrics. Our Facebook followers went from 100 to over 4,500, and our average user session increased from 40 seconds per user to seven minutes per user. We’re 100% satisfied with their work.

How did VIACOM INDIA LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They handle every budget and make full feature films and digital media of any shape or size. We communicate via phone calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very authentic, content-rich people. Their talent pool is excellent, and VIACOM INDIA is clinical in their expertise. They have a versatile portfolio and are masters of communication. Moreover, they’re affordable, and they were kind enough to do our work at a time when we didn’t have money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve. Even if they’re in a transition phase, they do a lot of research and do everything right.
