    Our Story

    We started in 2019 because a founder we already knew needed an engineering partner who'd be in the codebase with him — not a vendor who'd run status calls. We incorporated VeViDi around that engagement and have run the same model since: senior architect on the keyboard, AI-amplified delivery, long-running relationships. Today we're 11+ engineers in Ukraine, shipping Rails, mobile, AR/VR, and AI-feature work for founders and CTOs across the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Israel.

    V1 (founder MVP) builds: 6-14 weeks depending on scope. Ongoing engineering / scale-out: 6-month minimum retainer with quarterly reviews. Legacy modernization: 1-2 week audit, then 8-16 weeks of incremental rebuild. AI-amplified delivery is the default across all engagement types — senior engineers pair Rails experience with whichever AI tools best serve the task, which is why our turnaround is faster than traditional senior-shop pricing implies.

    5-8 active engagements. Each engagement has a single named senior architect fronting the relationship — usually our founder Volodymyr Petlovy for Rails work, with senior leads on Unity/AR-VR engagements. We don't accept new engagements that would dilute architect attention below "in the codebase weekly."

    Direct collaboration with founders and CTOs — no account-management layers. Weekly Slack + bi-weekly demo cadence + dedicated senior architect on the relationship. Async-first to handle US/EU/Israel time zones. We're the people who'll be in your codebase, not the people who'll send you status reports. Tools: GitHub/GitLab for code, Jira/Asana for tasks, Slack for comms, Sentry for production observability.

    Discovery first (1-2 calls): we map your problem, constraints, must-have outcomes, and what can/can't be named publicly. NDA-by-default — most engagements ship under your brand. Then a scoping document with a named senior architect, milestones, and clear scope limits. Kickoff: weekly Slack channel, GitHub/GitLab access, Sentry observability on day one. We're GDPR-aware by default for EU clients and walk through data-processing constraints upfront. HIPAA: case-by-case — won't claim audited compliance unless we genuinely have it.
