We wanted to establish an online presence, so we hired them to develop a website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VertexHub built our website from scratch. We requested that they put enough information about our organization and add a feature that allows us to communicate with our customers through the site.

They’re also based in Nigeria, so it’s easy to go to them if we need to.

We spent around $800.

We started working with them from August–September 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any specific metrics to share yet, but they delivered everything we needed.

How did VertexHub perform from a project management standpoint?

VertexHub was pretty efficient — they delivered what we asked for within the deadline they set. We communicated with them via WhatsApp, Telegram, and voice calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listened to what I wanted and delivered. They were affordable as well.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

They could improve on their UI/UX design skills.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to listen and have brainstorming sessions with them — that’s one of the best ways for you to really understand what you want to accomplish together.
