Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder and creative director of Radical Creative Co. We’re a development, design & marketing agency that focuses on the needs of small and mid-sized businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Venture Formations?

We hired Venture Formations to help define our target customer, what they’re looking for, what their issues are, and how we can best serve them.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to clarify our audience and use that to build strategic plans to gain more leads and serve those clients better.

How did you select this vendor?

Jake (Managing Partner, Venture Formations) and I are in the same Mastermind group. In that setting, I always admired Jake’s deep-thinking patterns and business insights.

Describe the project in detail.

Jake facilitated a 4-hour strategy workshop. We built out a map that detailed our client’s journey and went through service-oriented particulars. Our team clarified our brand messaging, and Jake assisted with finding a way to tell our clients what we wanted out of them and also answer their questions.

What was the team composition?

Jake was my main point of contact during the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I walked away from the workshop with valuable information. We’re currently implementing it. I believe we’ll attract informed clients and receive better leads, which will help us increase our project pricing. Jake is staying in contact as we continue working through the findings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Venture Formations flawlessly balanced our team. We worked seamlessly together, and it was a natural process. Jake was empathetic towards our goals and came into the workshop with an open mind, which benefitted the flow and productivity of the meeting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Jake’s thought-process was beneficial. He only knew what we told him about our clients, but was still able to come up with viable, meaningful concepts. Venture Formations came in and defined our business and clientele better than we had.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t think of anything that would’ve helped our team gain more from the workshop.
