Ventes was hired to recruit candidates for our Sales and Customer service remote role.

Would NOT recommend due to shady business practices. They will place a candidate with a client and solicit them again after the 30 day guarantee period is over by offering them a higher pay rate. Hence, trying to maximize revenue per each candidate, by turning them over to as many different clients as possible.
For instance: 1 candidate sold to 4 different clients in one year, will bring in 4x the revenue. It took us a few months to realize why candidates kept leaving after the 30 days guarantee was up.

As owner of Ventes Mexico, I’d like to respond and add some context to this review.
This project was challenging. The owner of the company asked us to recruit remote customer service/sales staff for her business. First, we set up at least 6 video interviews for her which she never attended and asked us to reschedule with no explanation why. Second, once a few people were hired, we received complaints about how she mistreated contractors. We received reports that the owner would yell at staff, was always stressed out and even made a staff-member cry.
Finally, the new hires weren’t even employees, they were independent contractors, with no benefits. She was paying the contractors through wire transfer and didn’t offer any benefits required by Mexican law. Several of the contractors reached back out to us asking if we had other opportunities where they didn’t have to deal with a toxic work environment. So, naturally, we helped 2 of the contractors get another job at a New Jersey health care company where they work remotely, with benefits, and have excelled the last 6 months.
As a company, we don’t tolerate contractors or employees being mistreated at work. We take responsibility for placing the contractors with the company, but would’ve never done so if we knew our placements would be mistreated. If you don’t believe me, do a quick search on Indeed for the company and you’ll see the comments from previous employees and see the company has a 3.5 rating on the site.
I hope this adds some context to such a negative, falsely driven review.
