What challenge were you trying to address with Ventes Mexico?
We were opening a call center in Monterrey, Mexico, and needed to find staff quickly. We required an in-house recruiter and an office manager to manage up to 40 people.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ventes Mexico helped us find staff, including doctors, nurses, and a management team. They also recommended legal people to us. We didn't have the local staffing to do that work, so we hired Ventes Mexico. One of the challenges we faced was the legal environment regarding employment laws.
What is the team composition?
Our primary contact points were Josh, Ventes Mexico's owner, and Doria, an employee.
How did you come to work with Ventes Mexico?
We found Ventes Mexico through a recruiter friend of mine in the US. We worked together at a previous company, and I told her I was trying to find a recruiter in Mexico who worked in healthcare. She referred me to Ventes Mexico.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $8,000–$10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from December 2024 to February 2025. It was a very short engagement, but that was the nature of hiring an in-house recruiter. Once the recruiter was on board, our need for Ventes Mexico diminished incredibly quickly.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We spent 3–4 hours defining the roles we were hiring for, and Ventes Mexico was very attentive to understanding and learning our business. Once they learned about our company, it was much easier for us to work together. The team understood the nature of the roles we were hiring for, the desired skill sets, and the starting dates.
We had a great feedback loop. After every interview, I would send Ventes Mexico feedback and tell them what we could improve. We worked back and forth on that until we narrowly refined the recruiting process. By the end of the engagement, if the team recommended someone, we wanted that person. It was as if Ventes Mexico were pre-interviewing everybody for us, which was fantastic.
How did Ventes Mexico perform from a project management standpoint?
Ventes Mexico's project management was excellent, 10 out of 10. the team communicated very fluidly and was always on time for our calls. I'd love to work with Ventes Mexico again.
We used Microsoft Teams for communication and Excel spreadsheets to share information.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Ventes Mexico was highly responsive. If we emailed them, they'd respond in just a few minutes. Ventes Mexico felt like an incredible partner who was very interested in the overall success of our business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they were spot on. We've worked with other recruiters, but they were nowhere near as responsive as Ventes Mexico.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Focus on defining your business and hiring needs as closely as possible. We did that initially, and we ended up with a great result and great candidates.

Ventes Mexico sources multiple people for us: more sellers and quality staff to review calls. We may look at management in the future, but we aren't there yet. We give Ventes Mexico job descriptions and tell them what the employees would do and the requirements. We don't have them do the training because we have an internal training team. Ventes Mexico has explained the dos and don'ts of hiring in Mexico. The team has found an EOR that is strictly for Mexico instead of the previous EOR we had.
What is the team composition?
I primarily talk to Josh and Doria.
How did you come to work with Ventes Mexico?
We researched different possibilities for finding and recruiting candidates in Mexico online. We ran across a couple of websites, and Josh was the one we chose because he proved to be very knowledgeable, super helpful, and just not the standard.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The whole Ventes Mexico team is excellent. We've hired around eight candidates and still have them. We're still working on more. Ventes Mexico has gone above and beyond to help us. The team has assisted us tremendously in understanding what we need to do to put our operations in place and structure them.
How did Ventes Mexico perform from a project management standpoint?
They always find us people. They set up the interviews, and they always play out on time. We've only had one person cancel. Ventes Mexico gives us about four candidates at a time, and we hire one or two out of those four. The team even gives us video clips of the candidates. They present themselves for 60 seconds, and Ventes Mexico gives us that to decide who we want to interview.

Make sure all of your requirements are flushed out upfront. We missed a couple of things that might have been important to us about the candidates' attitude. After our first round, we had it all worked out, so look into what you're looking for and let Ventes Mexico know.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Ventes Mexico sources and pre-screens candidates for us based on the job descriptions we provide them with. Then, they send them to us and schedule interviews. After the interviews, they provide us with interview feedback and notes and walk us through the process up to the letter offering phase — they’re not in charge of the onboarding. Thus far, we’ve hired 20 people through Ventes Mexico.
We’re a very niche group because there aren’t a lot of call centers for telehealth organizations. Therefore, we’re fine with training people from the ground up. If the candidates that Ventes Mexico finds for us have some healthcare background, it’s great. However, we care the most about their personalities and their customer service skills.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with two teammates from Ventes Mexico, but I’ve seen at least 4–5 people involved. Their team includes Ruben (Recruitment Account Manager) and Josh (Lead Recruiter).
How did you come to work with Ventes Mexico?
My COO found them on Google, I assume. I wasn’t involved in that process, but I don’t think anyone from our team knew about potential partners in Mexico.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $50,000–$75,000 so far. We pay Ventes Mexico around $2,500 per person.

We started working together around November 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

How did Ventes Mexico perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve provided Ventes Mexico with very tight deadlines, and they’ve met every single one. Their turnaround time is less than a week, which is outstanding. In November 2022, we started looking for five candidates to do a test run. By the end of that first week, we had already hired five people.
Since then, we’ve expanded our search and now have 20 teammates on board. If I tell Ventes Mexico that we have new openings at the beginning of the week, they get me the candidates I need by that Friday without fail. For example, I called them last Tuesday and told them we had two openings. By that Friday, I already had seven interviews scheduled.
Additionally, Ventes Mexico not only beats our timelines, but their prices are fantastic. We communicate via email and phone. They’ve also offered to use a project management tool to keep track of everything, but I really don’t need it.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Ventes Mexico’s customer service is fantastic. They’re right on top of everything, and whenever there’s an issue, they get themselves involved to try and solve it. For example, we’ve had some issues with one of our employees. Although those issues have nothing to do with Ventes Mexico, they’ve tried to step in and see if they can come up with a solution.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ventes Mexico?
We were looking to branch our company into Mexico and its market, so we hired Ventes to help us out.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ventes played a huge role in our branching efforts into the Mexican market. They helped us recruit and establish workers in Mexico for our organization. Initially, we provided them with job descriptions for the roles we needed to fill. However, they took full control of the recruitment efforts after that.
Ventes’ scope included screening candidates, sending them to us to interview, and scheduling interviews. They were present every step of the way until we reached the point when it was time to make an offer. A few months after we finished the recruitment process, they also did a follow-up check-in to see how the employees were progressing and learn about any changes.
Throughout the process, Ventes provided us with consulting and additional information on rates and salaries for the different positions. We had very specific requirements regarding the technical skills needed for the roles we were filling. These positions were operations-heavy and required a lot of hands-on skills. Moreover, we looked for softer skills, such as a good cultural fit, a collaborative mentality, and a desire to grow and learn with our team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Ventes did an incredible job finding the right talent with the right skills for each opening. They helped us hire about 10–11 people, allowing us to fill a variety of different roles. With their help, we were able to branch out into Mexico in under a year. Moreover, they did a great job of following up with the candidates we hired.
These resources have been fantastic since their onboarding, and they’ve transitioned very well within our organization. I regularly check in with our managers in different departments, and I’ve had no complaints about the quality of the work produced by these resources so far.
How did Ventes Mexico perform from a project management standpoint?
During the onboarding process, we had a lot of video calls with Ventes. Still, our regular communication was via email. The account manager was fantastic and attentive, and she was available to answer any questions we had. We never had any communication issues.
In addition to that, our collaboration with the resources we hired has been very positive overall. Everyone has demonstrated great communication and project management skills. Additionally, they’ve been able to deliver on time, and they’re very attentive to our clients as well.
As for project management tools, we use different tools for different purposes internally, including Asana for project management and Slack for communication. We have different Slack channels across our different departments.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Ventes’ customer service was fantastic. They offered open communication, and the quality of the resources they found was outstanding. I can’t thank them enough for their help in this venture.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There are a lot of different variables that go along with recruitment, some of which fall outside of the recruiter’s control. Thus, I don’t know if there was something that Ventes could have done better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear on your needs and what you’re looking for, not only from a technical standpoint but also from a cultural perspective. Ventes is very collaborative and receptive, so they’ll help you find the right talent as long as you’re very communicative about your needs.

We needed to hire a training coordinator who could also do SEO work for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Ventes Mexico provided recruitment services for us. First, I gave them our requirements for coming up with the statement of work. We tasked them with finding someone skilled in both SEO and coordinating training. The candidate also had to be bilingual in Spanish and English, have a college degree, and be very motivated. From there, they did an extensive search and then provided a candidate we onboarded to be a full-time employee.

Josh is a good friend of mine because our daughters went to the same school in Mexico. We chose Ventes Mexico due to their ability to find college-educated bilingual talent in Mexico.
