Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an executive at Invitget, an arts, entertainment, and music company. We make invitations that aren’t boomer-friendly because our guests are friends of the same age.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire vendaar to accomplish for your invitation platform aimed at a younger audience?

I wanted something that felt right, not too stiff or too much into the wedding industry. I wanted it to be soft, clean, and personal so that younger people could relate to it. I wanted people to open the page and immediately feel that it was nice without feeling overwhelmed. I also wanted it to represent my brand in a more effortless and natural way.

Can you describe the scope of work vendaar handled for this project?

vendaar handled everything, from the overall look to how the page flowed. They determined the feel and layout and finally created a clean and pleasing landing page. The deliverables were mainly the full landing page, including design and development, so it was ready to use. They also handled the structure itself, making it easier for me to present the service in a clearer way.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Honestly, I could feel the difference quite fast. People stayed longer on the page and actually explored it instead of just leaving. I also got more serious inquiries, not just random questions, so it felt more aligned. Overall, it just made the brand feel more “real,” and people seemed more convinced from the first impression.I didn’t track the results strictly, but from what I saw, engagement went up around 30%–40%. Inquiries also felt more qualified, maybe around 20%–30% better in terms of people who were actually ready to move forward, not just asking around.Moreover, I received positive feedback from users. They liked the overall feel. Some said the website was pleasing to the eye and not stiff, which was exactly what I wanted.

vendaar delivered on time and managed the project well. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Working with them was easy. It wasn’t complicated or stressful. They really got what I was trying to do and gave me ideas without being pushy. It wasn’t just a simple “yes, yes,” but they helped me think in a way that still felt like me. I felt safe, like I was working with my best friend at the office. Everything just flowed naturally.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything felt smooth and clear from start to finish. Maybe we can explore more ideas together in the future, but overall, I’m really happy with how it went.
