What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Veltris has a very thoughtful team of people who take extra time to scope projects, ask the right questions, and find the right resources to staff a project. They are incredibly thorough and have a unique network of talent. They act as strategic partners on all major decisions for our site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Veltris could have done differently?

The only thing is that different team members have different English/communication levels. This is almost always solved by having an English-fluent project manager on-board, but for the engineers themselves, their level of English can very significantly. This would not ever deter me from working with them again.
