Velocity Capital are a boutique Transaction and Deal Advisory firm focused on the middle market and small and medium enterprise (SME) markets, which are typically businesses with revenues between $5m to $100m.We identified a gap in the market where failed sell-side transactions were occurring with increased frequency. Similarly, there were scores of businesses looking for acquisitions who had a clearly articulated set of acquisition criteria yet were forced to make direct approaches themselves with limited success.Velocity Capital was created to provide high-calibre expertise to business owners who expect the best, either when selling or buying.
