BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO of a boutique software house in Poland. We specialize in developing web and mobile applications.

For what projects/services did your company hire Varstadt?

We engaged Varstadt to manage sales processes and to conduct workshops and documentation services for third-party clients. Their work would later inform the development processes that we provided those clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to provide proper, prompt, and extensive documentation for our various clients.

How did you select this vendor?

We did extensive research and employed Varstadt on a few smaller projects beforehand. We increased their involvement once we felt that they could provide prompt and high-quality services and productively engage with our clients.

Describe the project in detail.

Varstadt conducted workshops on-site with each client and our team to better refine a client’s desired project and requirements. Varstadt created post-workshop documentation, which had to meet our high standards and allow our engineers to use it efficiently in development. The team also kept in touch with the client throughout the process, from administering a post-workshop survey to assessing client satisfaction throughout the development process.

What was the team composition?

For each project, we worked with a dedicated team member who oversees the entire process from start to finish.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Varstadt conducted over 20 successful workshops. Even if clients didn’t follow through with development, they were satisfied with the results of Varstadt’s workshops. The team provided excellent business advice to clients when possible, reorganizing processes and even reshaping products to make them more attractive to future customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked primarily with the CEO. He dedicated himself to the collaboration; he adapted well to our processes while suggesting improvements when possible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were dedicated to their clients. They immersed themselves in a project and actively listen to clients’ needs and concerns. Their expertise and experience with multiple industries made every collaboration seamless.
