I’m the managing director of Infostructure Technology. We provide development, tech support, and managed IT services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Varfix?

We needed help with development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Varfix provides web app design and development using C#. The apps are hosted on Azure, and some of them are also integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We provide them with documentation, but they also conduct their own research.

What is the team composition?

We work with one teammate, who is a key developer and architect.

How did you come to work with Varfix?

They responded to a job listing we uploaded. We interviewed a few other vendors, but Varfix seemed to have the best skillset.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in February 2018, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our relationship with Varfix has lasted this long because they consistently provide well-researched solutions. They’re great at integrating different technologies and learning new concepts, as well.

How did Varfix perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver within the deadlines we set. We communicate via Zoom, email, and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Varfix’s technical understanding is highly impressive. Furthermore, they’re a very flexible and intelligent team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything critical to say — we’ve been happily working with Varfix for years.

Provide as much information as possible and set clear targets.
