What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The smooth customer experience from the landing page all the way until he has access to the movie. Regarding the backend, the smooth operation and work mechanism in storing the user data legally and tracking their actions within the website, having their subscription starts and ends at the right time with each payment recored with it, and sharing its invoice with the customer.

The entire project depends on it self, doesn't require a day to day follow up, even if we had a large number of customers or audince on the website at the same exact time.

Yes, it was delivered on time, including the research efforts needed before implementing any of my needs and requirements or having extra requirements during the development phase. Having a clear plan and strategy was an important factor in our success in completing the project and helped us be precise about delivery time.

The way we are generating a unique link for every subscriber that expires in 24 hours, plus the unlimited capicty of generating the link whether in a long or short duration. And of course the product of the company (the film) is unique.

Everything we have done so far, was done intentionally, we had been planing and brainstorming to find the right strategy that fits well with the comapny's vision and goal, then we develop it, till we finalize it into some parts before starting the implementation process according to our agenda.
