They focused on identifying the types of services people were searching for and improving our online presence so that we could appear in front of more relevant potential customers. They also monitored performance and made ongoing adjustments based on the results.

The campaign helped improve our online visibility and made it easier for potential customers to discover us when searching for beauty and salon services. We saw an increase in relevant visitors coming to our website and more interest from people looking for salon services.

We also received more opportunities for customer inquiries and appointment-related conversations. Another positive result was that we developed a stronger presence in local search, which is particularly important for a salon because most of our potential customers are looking for services within a convenient distance.

 Overall, the campaign helped us reach a more relevant local audience and create more opportunities to convert online searches into customers.

We worked with Abdallah and the Valocommerce team on several key e-commerce initiatives. To say that their support and expertise had a meaningful impact on our store operations and overall performance, is an understatement. 

Their scope of work included: 1) Shopify Store Optimization: Improved the overall look, structure, and user experience of the store, including design enhancements and optimization of product descriptions. 2) Google Merchant Center Optimization: Optimized our product feed, which contributed to better product visibility and improved performance across both organic listings and paid advertising. 3) ERP Setup and Implementation: Set up an ERP system for our e-commerce business, Bone & Brass, helping us streamline operations and manage the business more efficiently. 4) Google Ads Review and Monitoring: Conducted detailed reviews and ongoing monitoring of our Google Ads account to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance. 5) Shopify Store Migration: Successfully migrated our Shopify store to a new setup while preserving our existing data and minimizing disruption to the business.
