-Set up from scratch our google ads campaigns in a very competitive field. Google ads has been our primary lead generation source. 

-Do the same for other social media channels including Meta (Fb, Ig), Tiktok, Linkedin, Microsoft Bing
-Monitor the spend and performance of these campaigns, report insights to our company management and execute recommendations.

-Monthly ad spend managed: $60,000 across 5 channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing)
-Leads generated per month: 2,500 leads/month (up from 100 before engagement)
-Cost per lead (CPL): $16 (down from $ 40-45 at campaign launch)
-Conversion rate (lead → paying customer): 24 % (up from 8%)
