We have been a book writing and publishing company for three decades. We were continuously looking for and working with many offline and online marketing agencies, and for our marketing needs on the biggest marketplace, Amazon, we hired VAamazon. They have been running and managing our PPC ads on Amazon successfully for many days. They delivered us a great ROI on our ad campaigns, and we are continuously using their Amazon PPC services. We also tried their listing optimisation and product content creation services, they delivered the project well, and we will continue our business with them for sure.

As a professional company, we know that there is always room for improvement at every stage. But we have not faced any issues with the company until now. Maybe they have issues with other things, but currently we are enjoying a smooth experience with them.

We are Amazon sellers and have multiple FBA and FBM accounts on Amazon. We are dealing in network accessories like heavy port routers, calling support devices PBX systems and headsets.

As I said earlier, we were seeking someone to manage our FBA and FBM accounts, from product listings to shipment tracking information. Then we found VAamazon and after several meetings, we engaged them in a 1 year contract to look after our accounts. 

• 1st Phase: In this phase, their team of product listing and A+ content creators updated our products thoroughly. We have lots of products on 20+ accounts, and it took 2 months to finalize each and every product as per the Amazon standard with best practices. 
• 2nd Phase: They launched the PPC and SEO campaigns on the top selling products and seriously, we got the best ROI ever. 3rd Phase: Their account management is really good. The first two weeks were slow, but everything has been running smoothly since then.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All our accounts are streamlined, receiving great ROI through PPC ads and SEO practices. Our listing content is detailed and product oriented. However, there are a few things remaining to be sorted out, and we are sure the team at VAamazon will fix them soon as they resolve the previous issues.

As I said earlier, they are very good at management. There was a delay in deliverables, and most of the time our team was responsible for not providing the required access to them, so these delays did not bother us as we knew they were part of the business.

I think they can assign more resources to the client's project to finish it quickly.
