I’m an operations specialist at Ofinno, a research and development lab that invents and patents advanced wireless and video communication technologies. We focus on innovations for 5G/6G, next-gen Wi-Fi, and video compression standards.

V2 Systems handles new hire equipment setup, account creation, file maintenance, server equipment, and any random IT issues that pop up. The team has established and now maintains all our IT infrastructure and Wi-Fi network support. V2 Systems also provides ongoing explorations for security solutions for international travel. The team works with servers, cloud services, and Dropbox, among other things.

V2 Systems is our general outsourced IT support team for anything and everything. The team constantly recommends improvements we can make to streamline or simplify our processes. V2 Systems’ ongoing recommendations have had a measurable impact on our team's efficiency and productivity. For example, we’ve noticed a faster resolution of issues and somewhat less frequent downtime.

How did V2 Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

V2 Systems’ project management is good. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.
