Yes. As an EU-based consultancy, we operate in line with GDPR principles in how we handle client and user data, and we build data protection and privacy-by-design into the work we deliver. Regulatory compliance is core to what we do: our specialism is accessibility law — WCAG 2.2, the European Accessibility Act, and equivalent public-sector requirements — so we help clients meet their own compliance obligations, not just our own. We don't currently work under HIPAA, as our clients are EU-based rather than US healthcare, but we adapt our data-handling to each engagement's regulatory context.

We're currently focused on accessibility-led engagements: WCAG 2.2 and European Accessibility Act audits, remediation roadmaps, and compliance reviews for web and mobile products — particularly for teams facing EAA deadlines. We also take on UX audits, information architecture, design-system work, and usability testing where accessibility and user experience go hand in hand. We're a strong fit for regulated, higher-education, financial and enterprise products where getting it right matters, and we work best as a senior partner to in-house teams rather than a high-volume production shop. Selective, senior-led engagements where inclusive design makes a measurable difference.

Turnaround depends on scope, but as a guide: a focused accessibility or UX audit typically takes 1–2 weeks, and a full multi-journey WCAG 2.2 / EAA audit with a prioritised remediation roadmap around 2–4 weeks. Larger design-system or end-to-end UX work runs longer and is scoped per project. Because we work as a senior-led partner rather than a high-volume shop, we take on a limited number of engagements at once — so we'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront and hold to it, rather than over-promising and slipping.

We measure success in outcomes that hold up to scrutiny, not headline percentages. On accessibility work, that means measurable movement toward WCAG 2.2 / EAA conformance — fewer violations, prioritised issues resolved, and re-testing to confirm fixes actually landed. On UX work, it means clearer journeys validated through real usability testing. Because every product and baseline is different, we set concrete success criteria with you at the start of each engagement and report against them honestly — including what still needs work. Our value is compliance you can rely on and experiences that measurably improve for real users.

We deliberately keep our active engagements limited — typically two to three at a time — so each client gets senior attention rather than being handed to a junior team. This is a considered choice, not a capacity ceiling: accessibility and UX work rewards depth and focus, and our clients get direct access to the person doing the work. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you honestly and give you a realistic start date rather than overcommit.
