We have been working with them for quite a while now. They have been providing complete UI/UX designs for 2 projects as well as UI/UX audits for us.

The results were constantly to our likings and often times outreached our expectations.

It's been a pleasure to work with them. Great communication and great guys.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they are not just starting with some general mockup ideas but with really understanding the problem we are solving first so that they can take up a real user perspective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. I wish we had such experience in-house so we could have them do much more work for us.

In my industry there is a great need for an innovative and more streamlined way to handle certain productivity issues. I hired UXbee to help me design a simplified approach to the problem

How did you select this vendor?

I searched a number of sites for UI / UX professionals who could help me design a project to develop. I was impressed by their professionalism and experience. I also looked at samples of their work.

I described the problems and tentative solutions to those problems I had sketched out with wireframes. The team helped me think through the user journey and started building a grayscale prototype for the App. After getting that finished, we added design and color ending up with a fantastic project.

My main contact was the lead designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Currently we are in development. We were very pleased with the results we saw and got very positive feedback with user interviews. I'm looking forward to launching and seeing the productivity benefits this results in for the early adopters.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would describe our communication and workflow as excellent. Using marvel for notes and changes, we collaborated very well and the entire process was very efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I enjoyed that they would not just do what I told them to do if they felt i was making a mistake. I was advised during the process and that is what you expect from projessionals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind.

We needed assistance in a crucial moment with design to create our mobile apps designs at a very fast pace since we had a very strong deadline

We ran a small test with 4 different designers on a couple of mobile screens and chose the designer/team that delivered the best result

the UXbee team was very prompt to answer our invite to apply and participate in the test run, they quickly understood the requirements and got to work immediately, which given the urgency was highly appreciated, and the deliverables quality was top quality.

The UX/UI made by UXbee is the one we use still today, it serves as the basis of design of our mobile applications so we're highly satisfied

They were always super available and reactive to our requests, we discussed directly in slack the requirements and collaborated in figma

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed and reactiveness were accomodating our urgent deadlines while delivering good quality designs.

none that I can think of right now

We needed a UI/UX designer to help us realize our vision for a new SaaS product.

How did you select this vendor?

We spoke with several companies and solicited bids from our shortlist. UXBee provided the most comprehensive proposal and was able to deliver in the timeframe needed. They were also competitively priced.

We provided an actions flow chart to the UXBee team. From this, they created a mindmap that depicted the flow. They then created a wireframe for graphical representation before applying the UX design.

All communications were channeled via their account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were prompt with any edits, delivered as promised and on budget. It doesn't get better than this.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was extremely timely and effortless. In reflecting back, our experience working with UXBee was stress-free.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They managed our expectations very well from the onset and they delivered as promised. While this may seem to be a given, not all vendors do what they say they will do or deliver on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not a thing. In fact, when we needed assistance after the contract ended, the UXBee team was great about providing complimentary assistance.
