I’m the digital transformation lead at A1 Bulgaria, a telecommunications company. We provide mobile and fixed telecom services, high-speed internet, TV, payment, and ICT solutions to over 4.8 million customers, supported by extensive fiber and 5G networks. We’re part of the A1 Group, operating across Central and Eastern Europe.

We needed help with our digital transformation initiatives.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ux2.dev helped us optimize a specific customer-facing interface that we had to redo to improve our funnel. The scope started with research — we provided quantitative existing data, and we enriched it with insights from qualitative research that we executed together. Based on this, we got a proposal for improvement and A/B tested it. The team provided research reports, design prototypes, and test results.
