RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, our website redesign project has increased our overall average monthly traffic and improved conversion, including increasing the number of leads as well as users who convert into viewing our demo.

Kash is an incredible teammate and collaborator. He is very communicative and does a great job of ensuring the project is on track. When there are issues or challenges, he quickly raises them so we can address them as a team. He takes feedback really well and takes input from others and turns it into really thoughtful and considered design decisions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've found the team's receptiveness to feedback to be their superpower. He's a great listener and does a great job of really trying to understand the core of each piece of feedback so it leads to a better outcome. He also works very quickly, turning things around and combining both great UX/Design skills with Webflow development. I've been so impressed how he can bring those skills together so well! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something UserX could have done differently?

No real areas for improvement from my point of view – we'd like to use him even more for more projects in the future!
