Additionally, we have scaled our monthly transactions and structured our operations to handle thousands of identity validations, restricha permitidot consultations, and contract signatures each month without bottlenecks. By automating data extraction, we have drastically reduced manual entry errors, allowing our lawyers and analysts to focus more on legal strategy rather than administrative tasks. We have also aligned with security certifications, such as ISO 27001, and ensured our processes adhere to the highest standards of governance and data protection, safeguarding our corporate clients' information management. Further impacts include direct financial savings from maintaining a 98% paperless environment, which has eliminated costs associated with consumables, the maintenance of printing equipment, and physical storage rentals. We have also recovered billable hours by delegating manual validation, data extraction, and risk audits to technology, resulting in tens of additional hours each month for our lawyers. Moreover, we have minimized our drop-off rate by creating an integrated and transparent workflow, achieving a signing standard of two hours. Additionally, Urdaten RichIT successfully managed an initial batch of 1,000 files during the onboarding phase without disrupting our daily operations. This achievement reflects well-coordinated change management. The team has also established a service desk with clear service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that any incidents, configuration queries, or template adjustments are resolved within predefined timeframes, thereby maintaining a continuous operational flow.

Urdaten RichIT's work led to operational and technical achievements. The team established a continuous data flow for specific types of events, ensuring immediate availability of information for analysis. Urdaten RichIT also built custom ETL pipelines to process complex data structures and various source formats.Moreover, the team implemented tools for the automatic and secure copying of historical and daily files to mass storage infrastructures without altering the integrity of the original information. Urdaten RichIT also configured index templates, data lifecycle policies, and periodic backups to efficiently manage information retention and recovery.In addition, the team completed the massive migration of historical data accumulated over several years, ensuring the continuity of institutional knowledge. Urdaten RichIT also mapped and parsed fields to normalize data from different sources, allowing its correct visualization and querying in analysis tools.Finally, the team deployed control logs that allow the identification of processing failures and provide clear evidence of the execution of the services.Overall, we immediately had access to specialized clusters where staff can use analytics and correlation tools for data-driven decision-making. The transition to the new big data infrastructure eliminated critical risks associated with the completion of previous contracts and lack of technical support.
