Our name may have only been around for a few years, but the company behind this name has existed for nearly a century and has been the number one agent in the market for many of them. In fact, we’ve been a staple of the property landscape since 1922.

Directors Pete Mosedale & Lachlan Yeates are old school friends who met when they were 10 yrs old. They began real estate working life together in an agency in Freshwater, subsequently starting their own agencies in Dee Why and Collaroy, respectively. Five years ago they moved into a better place by merging the agencies. That merging of teams has since grown to an impressive 72 staff.
