We needed help with branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Upstairs Studio helped us with our new brand. We gave them the name, and they sent us a list of actions we should do. We had 2–3 meetings to chat so they could better understand our business and barriers; we talked about our values, mission, and vision.

From there, they studied our competitors and spoke with a focus group. In two months, they offered us some solutions and a first concept to approve. Then, they made a brand book.

We were happy with their work; my business partner and relatives liked it too. We didn’t receive any bad feedback. They exceeded our expectations.

They delivered on time and were well organized. We used email to communicate and had three in-person meetings.

We didn’t expect such good results; their designer was a perfectionist.

No, I didn’t see any mistakes on their side.

If you want good results, I suggest working with them. They’re worth the money.

We challenged UPSTAIRS to design & develop a range of tableware for cafes, home users & on-the-go coffee drinkers made from reeds mixed with eco-polymers.

We looked for product designers. After reviewing 3 proposals we chose UPSTAIRS because of their experience and recent work.

We decided to proceed with the Upstairs studio because of positive reviews from other people

The project is a nail tray in 2 sizes. We met first to describe our wishes and in the second time when we were introduced to the product initial prototype. We confirmed it since every single detail was done perfectly
