Can't share the numbers, but despite additional changes requested to the scope along the way, guys at Upreal kept our agreed timelines and quality high which tome demonstrates success.

We had weekly meetings, they plugged nicely into our team and our cadence of reporting. They were also available on Slack and very responsive.
