I am the owner of a construction company I am a person representing M-Roya M-Royal. Our company is engaged in the construction of residential complexes in Lviv. At the moment we have one residential complex, which consists of two sections, which present a wide range of apartments.

For what projects/services did your company hire The UpperCode, and what were your goals?

At the beginning of the launch of a new project, the Royal Hill residential complex, we felt the need for our own website. Because a website is the best way to present your services to your potential customers. Finding developers to create a website for us was not as easy and fast as we expected. But in the end, we found a team of TheUpperCode developers that met all our needs and created a convenient and prestigious website for our business.

We decided to cooperate with this company because we were pleasantly surprised by the level of preparation of the company. We liked the portfolio and examples of projects developed by TheUpperCode. The company has extensive experience in web development and a rich stack of technologies that fully meets our requirements.

When developing the website, we worked according to the standard algorithm of website development, which is presented below. Approve the design,  Layout of pages for design,  Applying backend to project pages, Review of functionality, Design review, and Delivery of the project.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did The UpperCode take in commission?

The amount of monetary remuneration for the work performed was specified in the agreement between the companies. Sorry, I can't provide this information. But I can say that all the conditions of the contract were fulfilled. I am completely satisfied with the work.

How many resources from The UpperCode team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Personally, I dealt with three people from this company. These people were - project manager, web designer, and web-developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

Our customers are just delighted with our website. We continue to receive positive feedback about the ease of interaction with our website. We have significantly increased the conversion rate, and all this thanks to the work of the developers of the company TheUpperCode.

In the main, our communication with the company took place via the Telegram messenger or via Skype. Timeliness: They did their job even faster than planned. We are pleasantly surprised by this. For us, this is a sign of professionalism.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team executed extremely high-quality examples of work performed. Now our project will become a part of them. We also want to pay attention to the speed and expediency of communication with company members. TheUpperCode has developed for us an extremely high-quality, modern, and most importantly - a profitable site for our company. We would be very happy to work with them again.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think I would change anything in the work of TheUpperCode. The team has fulfilled all our requirements and wishes at the highest level, we will definitely contact them when we need to create a website again.

We needed developers with whom we could communicate quickly and easily. And also an important factor was the development of the project in a short time.

I'm not very good at technology, but I know that the company specializes in developing Ruby on Rails and JS sites.

I dealt with two people: PM and designer. It was very convenient.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have increased the number of customers, for many people it is more convenient to order food online. This allowed us to attract customers from our competitors.

Mostly Telegram or Zoom. They finished work a few days earlier than the specified time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive in this company is the speed with which they understand the needs of the customer and customers who will use this platform. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the work quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t think so. They are a great team.
