What was the scope of their involvement?

Upnow has designated resources that manage our ethernet cables, fix our IT networks and equipment, and set up the internet connection across our company computers.

I’ve worked with their owner and two support personnel.

One of the previous employees in my company used to work with Upnow. I reached out to her when I needed a team to offer us IT support, and she strongly recommended their team.

Our ongoing engagement with Upnow started in January 2006.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Upnow has quick response rates, allowing us to run our operations smoothly. We’ve only encountered one downtime so far, and we’ve overcome that quickly because they’ve secured the network speed and removed any bugs that have impeded our system.

We can always count on Upnow to respond to our calls and address our concerns through their organized ticketing system.

We’re most impressed with their extensive skill set and responsiveness.
