Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an online based retailer that sells accessories for women. I am the owner of this little small business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Upify Digital, and what were your goals?

We were needing help to scale with our ads. We were wanting to find someone who had the experience and also the capability to scale us to the next level. We had tried different companies before and were pretty burned out as we weren’t getting the results we were after.

How did you select Upify Digital and what were the deciding factors?

We found Upify and we read up and did a little bit of research. The deciding factors that pushed us to take the next step was that there was no upfront costs and it was all based on performance. After having a meeting with Tom. We were completely convinced this was the right decision for us.

We had a meeting at the beginning and discussed how they work and what they will bring to us. After this we started off with full force. Communication was amazing and we were so happy that we had Tom walk us through everything and were able to set our own budgets and goals.

We have worked with Tom the owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Tom and the team at Upify have been nothing but helpful with our social media advertising. They have taken our business to the next level and we are so grateful that we found them. Communication is fantastic and we love the updates and the details they provide us. Will definitely be continuing to work with you guys. Thank you so much for your assistance so far.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication is great, email updates every week, and being able to discuss and have meetings to catch up whenever we need to discuss things is awesome. I feel like I can always rely on Tom to get back to me as soon as possible whenever I have a question.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication. We absolutely love how we are able to ask any questions and not have to wait a week or so to get a response. Also the weekly updates.

Are there any areas for improvement?

At this stage no, you guys are doing a great job!

We are an online store stocking the best natural, organic and zero waste products in Australia. We opened a retail store in June 2020. I'm the co-founder and director.

We use Upify for Google shopping ads, FB and Insta paid ads. Our goals were to target the right markets, and get a ROI over 6.

How did you select Upify Digital and what were the deciding factors?

They were recommended to us, and as they charge by performance and not flat rate, I thought they were worth giving a go. I am glad I did.

Google Ads campaigns, social media marketing strategies and campaign implementation. We've worked from retargeting to cold audiences, and everything in between.

3 - Tom the director, Rose who writes copy, and Arju who works in dev.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our ROI hovers between 6-9, which we are really happy with.

Communication is incredible - Tom is readily available and helpful at all times. I deal with Tom directly, and he makes everything happen in the background. He also sends through a detailed weekly report, which I really like.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tom's knowledge and enthusiasm ins infectious. He's also good at not over-promising things, but delivering at or above expectation. I like how passionate he is, and how available he is when I have questions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of - I've been genuinely happy with the service and results.
