Noble Beauty Bridal is a mobile makeup artist team whom provide makeup services for weddings and special events. Elise is the owner and manager of the business, leading her team of makeup artists, while providing services herself to her clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire Klik Digital Co.?

Josh from Klik Digital Co. was so amazing to work with. I contacted him looking for assistance in creating and building my professional business website. He created a gorgeous website exactly like my vision described to him.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted my business to have a professional website that would generate leads, which it has. 95% of my business leads come from the website Klik designed for me. I wanted something simple and easy to navigate, and a easy inquiry page.

Once the initial consultation and discussion was finalized, Kilk started working away to achieve my goal and vision for my website. Every few days I would receive updates regarding the process and to look over to make sure the webpages and the design was to my liking. If I had any changes or suggestions, Klik was very professional in communicating to find out exactly what I wanted changed and made the changes to my website design immediately. I wanted a simple, easy to navigate, user friendly website and that’s exactly what I got. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the customer service I received throughout the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Comparing my old website (self created using Wix) to my new website created and maintained by Klik, I had an increase of 75% more website customer inquiries over the course of 6 months and my ranking in google has gone to top 5 in the city. I am very happy with the outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our company and Klik was great. Klik made sure to communicate with me very often even to just advise a change in timeline. This was very professional and appreciated, to know what was going on.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with how Klik made my vision come to life. I gave lots of details as to what I wanted and in the end they created an even better website than what I had in my mind. The flow of the entire process was very smooth and professional.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t think of anything that would have improved. I am very impressed and will continue to use them.
