From that we produce a scoped integration map — what syncs, in which direction, and what stays untouched in the ERP core. You get a working pilot on your own data within [2–3 weeks], validated on the floor with your team rather than in a demo room, before anything goes to production.

Every project runs in two-week sprints with a named UpBuff lead and a named client counterpart — integration is a team sport, and it fails when one side owns it alone. Each sprint ends with a working build in your environment, not a slide. We document the hard parts loudly: integration edge cases, data mappings and ERP dependencies are written down and shared as we go, so your team is never dependent on ours to understand how the system works.

By what your operations team can do that they couldn't before, measured against the ERP's own records: goods receipts posted at the scanner instead of the desk, production confirmations captured on the floor in real time, field jobs closed on site. We track adoption (how much of the team is actually working in the app), transaction accuracy against SAP, and time saved on the repetitive work our AI agents take over. And one non-negotiable: every deployment survives the next ERP upgrade without rework.

Your ERP stays stable, auditable and upgrade-safe. Every UpBuff deployment to date has survived an ERP upgrade without a single core modification.

Yes. Our Android and iOS apps for warehouse, shop floor and field service are built offline-first. Teams keep scanning, picking and closing jobs without a signal; transactions queue on the device and post to the ERP the moment connectivity returns, in order and without duplicates. This was a hard requirement from our first deployment in 2024 and it still is.
