The team completed a full migration of our website from Joomla to Laravel together with a complete redesign. They integrated our CRM system for online patient booking, connected Binotel call tracking, and implemented synchronization of Google and Facebook reviews on the website.

They also set up analytics infrastructure including Google Analytics, Meta tracking, and marketing pixels. In addition, they developed a separate payment website integrated with online banking systems to support installment payments for our services.

When we came to UNWEB, our project had already been through several attempts - we'd tried different development companies and even hired in-house developers, but nothing stuck. UNWEB essentially took over a project with a complicated history and turned it around.

Together, we built the MVP of our search engine from scratch, tested it successfully with real clients, and then fully rebuilt the system on a more stable architecture ready for scaling. That decision to rewrite wasn't easy, but it was the right one - and UNWEB handled it smoothly.

Key deliverables during our collaboration:

- Core search engine - from MVP to a production-ready, scalable system. We continue to develop new search features and improve the algorithms together.

- Company website (spefix.com) - delivered end to end, from design to launch. All we had to do was approve at key stages. Everything else was handled by their team.

- Client dashboard - a portal where our customers configure their search settings and view analytics. UNWEB built it and continues to maintain and develop it.

Throughout this time, their development team has been highly responsive - always available, quick to resolve bugs, and ready to jump in when technical issues came up.

The product that UNWEB helped us build is now live, serving 150+ clients, and delivering real measurable results.

Through A/B testing across multiple clients within the same niche, we measured conversion rate increases ranging from 11% to 32% - depending on the store. These aren't theoretical projections, this is real data from real stores comparing their default search against Spefix.

On the technical side, the system runs at 99.99% uptime, which is critical for us - our search engine handles live customer queries 24/7, and any downtime directly impacts our clients' revenue.

Beyond the numbers, the architecture UNWEB built after we rewrote the MVP has proven solid enough to scale from early adopters to 150+ active clients without major issues. That's something we couldn't achieve with previous development teams.

One moment that really stood out was when we needed to urgently rewrite our search engine from MVP to a scalable architecture. UNWEB understood the urgency, ramped up the team, and delivered the new version within a tight deadline. Yes, we paid for overtime on our side, but what mattered most was that they treated our urgency as their own and got it done when it counted.
