1. Allow customers to understand the value potential of our technology
2. Open the imagination of customers to the breadth in which our tech can be a solution

Have used them in the past

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Iterated and defined storyboard to capture proper message. Feedback 2-3 times a week. Then moved to animation stage and brought it to life

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Single point of contact (Anastasia). She captured my comments/feedback and effectively distributed that to her team

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not yet. The video is an asset that will be featured on a product site we'll be sending to customers. The site is still being constructed

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. I found them to be extremely responsive and quick to implement feedback. Their iteration cycle is impressive and they did an exceptional job of processing our ideas and messaging into an accurate visual representation. We had a tight deadline to hit and they delivered.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team takes pride in their work and in delighting their clients.
