·      Develop main website and IOS and Android apps from scratch 

·      Implement an Agile contact grouping system 

·      Create chats, in-app notifications, personal mood status-tracking, and records history functionality 

·      Implement data gathering for further machine learning processing

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched a comprehensive business ecosystem encompassing mobile applications and a website.

In the first month alone, the app achieved thousands of installations and garnered a substantial number of active users.

Currently, it boasts a significant global user base. The app has also received recognition from notable organizations, including ABC-Disney and the Northwest Territories Government, further validating its impact and reach.

For now, We’ve been able to triple our leads.

In addition to high quality work, always, we felt like they were an extension of our team, a real partner, with the same enthusiasm as if they were part of our company. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something UniRidge could have done differently?

Not really. The only issue we ever encountered was when one team member was assigned and her quality of work did not match that of everyone else assigned. But we worked through it with no problem.
