Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and CEO of a legal tech startup. We're building a tool to simplify complex legal transactions via highly configurable standardized contracts.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire UNIMA, and what were your goals?

We engaged UNIMA to develop our landing page and related design assets. Our goal was to bring our company "out of stealth" via a landing page. We wanted to establish the brand presence of our company and encourage waitlist sign-ups for our initial product.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We considered a number of web developers and development agencies. We moved forward with UNIMA because we appreciated the level of detail in their project scope and how they planned to approach our project.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a phone call and a few rounds of asynchronous back-and-forth to establish the scope and goal of the projects. From that point forward, the UNIMA team prepared versions of our landing page using Webflow. We provided feedback for each iteration of the landing page (including the graphic assets that were created). We generally communicated via email, Google docs and Loom videos. We were thrilled with UNIMA's responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Dozens of people have signed up for our product waitlist. A number of people have expressed being very impressed by the website design.

We generally communicated via email, Google docs and Loom videos. UNIMA was highly responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

UNIMA struck a great balance of taking our direction and providing their own outlooks / insights. We had a vision for our landing page, but UNIMA worked with us to achieve something far greater than we were initially expecting. We felt like UNIMA were thought partners (and not just service providers).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. We were very impressed and look forward to continuing to work with them.
