Unillence has lifted our CRM to a new level. The main task was improving and automating our complex processes in MS Dynamics. They were responsible for consulting, developing and implementing a lot of out-of-the-box functionalities and specific needs which have improved our processes and quality and led to a lot time savings for all of our employees and departments.

Especially the great feedback from our employees regarding the new features and functionalities. Significant impact in terms of saving time for existing workflows - which led to saving money for our companies and higher satisfaction of our employees.

Unillence were always on time from the beginning of the project until the end. They asked the right questions, listened carefully, and did great with the implementation. Besides that, they gave excellent advice in terms of reaching our specific goals in a more efficient way.

The scope of work includes the following tasks and deliverables: 

• Help planning the architecture of the first version of the product: Collaborate with the team to define the technical architecture and infrastructure requirements for the product. Identify and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the desired functionality and scalability. Create architectural diagrams and documentation to communicate the proposed solution. 
• Prioritize features for the first version of the product: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. Conduct a feasibility analysis to determine the most critical features for the initial release. Collaborate with the product team to create a prioritized feature roadmap for the first version. 
• Build a state-of-the-art video streaming platform with a focus on medical education: Develop the core functionality of the video streaming platform. Implement features such as user authentication, access control, expert profiles, and content management. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the platform. Integrate with external APIs or services for additional functionality if required. 
• Help managing the development process in Jira: Set up and configure Jira to effectively manage the development process. Create and manage project boards, workflows, and sprints. Collaborate with the development team to track and monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. 
• Publish the first version of the product: Prepare the product for deployment in a production environment. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure stability and reliability. Deploy the product to the intended hosting environment and configure necessary infrastructure components. Monitor the release and address any post-deployment issues that may arise. 
• Plan the microservice architecture of v2: Collaborate with the team to define the requirements and goals for the second version of the product. Evaluate the suitability of a microservice architecture and design the overall structure and communication patterns between microservices. Create a roadmap and architectural plan for the transition from the monolithic architecture of v1 to a microservice-based architecture. 
• Remodel the first version of the product into a microservice structure: Analyze the existing codebase and identify components that can be decoupled and refactored into microservices. Redesign and implement the necessary changes to transition the product from a monolithic architecture to a microservice structure. Ensure proper communication and data flow between the microservices to maintain the desired functionality. 
• Build a content management system fitting specific needs: Analyze the content management requirements of the product. Design and develop a custom content management system tailored to meet the specific needs of the platform. Implement features such as content creation, editing, versioning, approval workflows, and publishing. Integrate the content management system with other components of the product, such as user profiles and access control.
