Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the day to day manager of the start-up. With an oversight boss who is funding the start-up. I deal with managing the communication with the development team and general oversight and progress of the website.

For what projects/services did your company hire Unilime Group, and what were your goals?

• Services: Many existing course search and comparison websites are sponsored by universities or exist as recruitment tools to bring more students into their respective courses. Our platform is an independent student-centred service that enables students to compare courses based on unbiased statistics.
• Goals: Produce a website that retrieved data from our DB that we created using open source data. The UI level needed to be strong so as allow students to make use of the data available in a easily filterable and digestible format.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was not involved in the initial decision process of finding the vendor. However key factors were experience and it being a one time cost vendor.

• Scope: For this initial scope the details were not specific enough we discovered. As we moved on to the second stage of our project the second invoice involved a far more specific scope that was useful to both parties.
• Key deliverables: The main deliverables were the implementations made onto the site that I was able to access to see how things were developing.
• Technologies: slack was our main communication method. I was given access to the Trello page as we progressed towards the final finishing touches so as to see what stage final errors/fixes were in.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was involved in main communication with Victoria (head of development team) and occasionally with Yaroslav (member of the vendor company) when Victoria was away. Victoria and I were in day to day communications whereas Yaraslav was more for invoicing or further scopes that we might potentially implement. There was a team of software developers of whom Victoria oversaw but I was not involved in any direct communication with them - Victoria did this.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There was some timeline issues occasionally where we were unable to meet certain time deadlines. The more specific documentation/annotation on things were towards the latter end of the project was how things should have been done all along. Something in hindsight for both parties.

The slack worked efficiently. I think sometimes there was a language barrier issue that meant that there was few errors that were hard to understand why they had occurred. Timelines were often vague. Communication over slack was efficient and Victoria was very good at being able to arrange zoom calls quickly to go over anything we needed to discuss.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm impressed with their willingness to make sure that all aspects are done as we require. Always making sure to fix any errors that we had with our site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication of understanding. I did change my communication/management style to ensure image/more specific direction without any assumptions but sometimes there was still a lack of attention to detail on these documents.

I am the CEO and founder of my company Gringo Group Aps also trading under the name Rockay ApS. we have done media publishing including affiliate marketing, eCommerce and many projects in similar industries

Cooperation with Unilime Group was exactly what we were looking for to reach our main goal of sustainable business growth. They've helped to launch our business from the beginning and actively participated in its development throughout the life of the startup.

Their team managed to design and develop our first website in the shortest time and played a crucial role in designing our first physical products, which became our bestsellers. I wish to note they developed an efficient warehouse and stock management software for storage and logistics automation. We were not able to use solutions on the market due to the specifics of our production and storage processes.

Working together, we successfully implemented different marketing projects and set up a new Shopify website to reach a larger audience, and increase conversions. In addition to all the good solutions, they created an appealing design for our Amazon storefront, which played an important role in increased sales.

We've been working with Unilime Group for quite a few years now, and their perfect technical skills, as well as superior creativity, persuaded me to choose Unilime Group for developing our new projects without a doubt.

We implemented plenty of successful projects in cooperation with this agency.

They created our first website using WordPress as I was familiar with its clear interface. Also, we used a compatible Woocommerce plugin to grow the functional options of the website.

Warehouse software was constructed with Vue. js framework in the front-end and Laravel in the back-end.

In addition to quality tech work, they developed an excellent design of our physical products, which is not common to have from a software company.

We were 100 % satisfied by their ability to implement complex solutions in business promotion from implementing innovative software tools to creating appealing marketing materials.

While working on various projects, I've been working with different specialists of Unilime Group. It should be noted that I communicated with the project manager the most, who coordinated the task performance and maintained contact with a full team of developers, designers, and content managers. I appreciated that kind of cooperation as there was an opportunity for quick access to the right specialist at all times.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Outcome of working with Unilime is exactly what we desired. Thanks to Unilime, we enabled to start our project quickly and efficiently and continue to benefit from using their excellent software now.

Together, we launched plenty of successful marketing campaigns and splendidly presented our collections of physical goods.

Once some of the tools were developed and launched, there was an opportunity to check their work and update it if needed according to our feedback as we were able to test all the solutions immediately. That approach played a crucial role in creating software with the ultimate performance for our business need

They acted like your extended team, reducing your time monitoring the project so you could focus on the other critical business activities. Communicating through different messengers like Skype and Slack I've had the opportunity to speak with the project manager anytime to offer some adjustments and be aware of the project's progress. The team was responsive to all my suggestions and precise with deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The complex work of Unilime Group is beyond my expectations.

They provide a wide range of IT services, implementing accurate solutions and working with different technologies, including WordPress, PHP, Python, and other programming tools.

The team of Unilime Group works like your own IT department taking complete responsibility for your project development and keeping you informed about its progress.

And furthermore, their experts use their professional skills and experience not just for performance tech tasks, but they do their best to perceive the concept of a project and develop custom solutions for your needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's difficult to call any problem areas as they stand for trendy design, innovative technologies, and customer-oriented thinking.

Although to some extent they are too client-centred and try to satisfy all customer's requests e.g. early deployment, sometimes at the risk of encountering bugs due to insufficient time for testing. Their qualification and experience give them a right to discourage from acting upon rush decisions.
