Their flexibility stood out. We weren't the easiest client - we specialize in animation, so we have strong opinions about design. For a branding and web project with that many moving parts, their ability to adapt without friction made a real difference.

Nothing major. The one thing worth mentioning is onboarding - it would have helped to know from the start who owned what. Their distributed management model works, and it's actually a strength, but understanding that structure upfront would have smoothed the early stages.

Over 700 screenings hosted since launch, high user participation in voting, and consistently strong attendance outperforming traditional cinema showings. Increased brand awareness and very well recieved rebranding.

It was very pleasant to work with them. For the project, we had set vast borders, and we were developing the project on the fly. We had a lot of exchange and preview sessions. It was precisely how we wanted the process to be. Once the main deliverables were finished, we switched to a more tight and scoped approach with project management. We especially liked that the project manager was not someone who was linked in between the creatives and us but rather tried to help these parties to be more structured.

The response was always very quick, and they always tried to help us out, even if it was on short notice.

It felt very natural and familiar to work with all the project team members.

I would like to highlight the great oral/written skills in English, which for foreign agencies can sometimes be challenging.

Along with the brand strategy and the brand identity creation process, they captured the essence of our concept quickly and came out with a unique and very cool identity. Followed by the redesign of the webpage. I doubted that we would find an agency that would be able to create both of these things within the budget that was at hand.

Since we started together in May 2025, the agency has undergone significant growth in employees and services. They have been very wary of our needs during that time and have caught up on structures and processes where needed.

The scope of work with Maciej and the Uniforma team was a comprehensive, end-to-end visual design and art direction project for our new website. Their engagement went beyond simple design execution and functioned as a strategic consultation. The process was highly collaborative and managed primarily within Figma and through normal communication methods (email, phone, video calls). The Uniforma team provided expert recommendations on modern website structure and contemporary design aesthetics, while also being exceptionally receptive to our team's feedback. A key aspect of their value was their professional guidance where they skillfully integrated our ideas when they made sense and clearly articulated why we should avoid certain paths, ultimately leading to a much stronger final product. Summary of Key Deliverables: Art Direction & Visual Identity: A complete visual style guide defining the website's aesthetic, including typography, color palette, and image presentation standards. Website Structure & User Experience (UX): Strategic recommendations outlining the website's architecture / structure and user flow. But what was most valuable was their strategic input. They didn't just execute the design task; they acted as experts whose advice made the final outcome stronger.

Uniforma also developed the new visual identity for our events – including publications and materials for social media. They created a new branding for the Foundation and materials for its 25th anniversary, such as catalogs, boxes, maps, and flags.

In our case, the area that needed improvement was cost estimation. The project was progressing while the estimates arrived later, often exceeding our budget.
