What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is almost developed and we are about to make the website live in some time. The team is happy with the overall work produced.

Yes, the project delivered on time, there were some delyas from our end but team co-operated. There response time was also very quick and we connect quite often to clear what we need and end result is really good.

I am full-stack developer at Aarna Network. Aarna Network is on the "CRN 10 Coolest Edge Computing Startups Of 2020". In Aarna we are building an open source product called the Aarna Networks Multi-Cluster Orchestration Platform (AMCOP) for orchestration, lifecycle management, and real-time policy-driven control loop automation of 5G network services and edge computing applications.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ungrammary?

We hired Ungrammary for the User experience design services for our cloud platform. We had a basic design in place but the experience of the platform was tedious. It required a certain learning curve for the users to use and build instances on the platform. We wanted Ungrammary to make that experience user friendly.

How did you select this vendor?

We found them on Google. We were looking for a good UX UI design agency and that is when I stumbled upon their website. I contacted them through their website and received a quick reply. Post connecting with their team and having a look at their previous work, we found them a good match for our requirements

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was to revamp the modules of our existing cloud platform. Since ours is not a regular platform but a specialized platform designed for a specific purpose, the first step of the engagement was to provide an in-depth walkthrough of the platform to Ungrammary’s team. Post which Ungramamry team divided the work into Phases. The first phase was to revamp the navigation of the platform. Post the navigation revamp, they worked on the redesign of the modules.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The module's experience was reimagined completely. The interface was translated from selection based to drag and drop. This is what we were expecting from a user experience design team that they should uplift the experience beyond our imagination.

The workflow was very effective. We had regular meetings to discuss the progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge of building Enterprise platforms. They had a clear understanding of the process to follow for the revamp that would bring the most in the minimum time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No complaints as such.

I am the cofounder and CEO of Spry movement app. It is a purpose-built platform for the Physical Rehabilitation Industry. For rehabilitation providers, it streamlines care delivery, increases their capacity and patient lifetime value (LTV).

Spry for patients is designed to help users navigate through their entire care plan and keep the therapist apprised about their progress. Using computer vision, the platform provides virtual assistance with real-time feedback on the user’s form. It also continuously tracks progress with respect to the goals.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was a web application design (UX UI) for the patient side portal of a platform known as the ‘Spry Movement App’. The app is used by users (patients) experiencing physical distress and is under physical therapy. The app connects patients with virtual trainers without sacrificing the patient-provider relationship. The Spry platform is built specifically to enable providers to support patients with seamless virtual and onsite touchpoints throughout their entire care journey. The stages include: Platform debriefing and requirement gathering User journeys and flows mapping

Phase 1: Virtual assistance (exercise) design Cases identification such as exercise posture errors, success, qualitative feedback, Information architecture Wireframe design

Phase 2: Remaining portal design (onboarding, timeline, status, calendar, profile, etc) Information architecture Wireframe design UI components design UI Design and Final Mockups

Three to four team members. Project manager Senior UX designer UI designer and visual designer. In the meeting most of the time two to three team members were present.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received the deliverable on time and have made the platform live this month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was quite effective. We had regular meetings to check the progress. Post user journey stage, a timeline was shared with us from Ungrammary’s team which all of us followed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were prompt and were available whenever a meeting was required. The most crucial thing required for an MVP design is speed, which I believe they were able to match.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Improve on subject matter expertise. Healthcare/Remote Patient Monitoring in our case. Build a panel of industry specific experts who can help them catch up to current trend in industry.
