We engaged UnFoldMart for a comprehensive SEO, AEO, and GEO engagement to strengthen our online visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.
On the SEO side, the deliverables included a full technical audit of our website, on-page optimization across key service pages (cloud migration, Kubernetes, DevOps consulting), keyword research and content strategy, backlink building, and monthly performance reporting.
For AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), the team restructured our content with schema markup, FAQ sections, and concise answer-ready formatting so that our pages could surface in featured snippets and voice search results.
On the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) front, UnFoldMart worked on improving our brand's presence and citation across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. This involved authority building, content seeding, digital PR, and ensuring our brand is referenced when users ask AI tools about DevOps and cloud service providers.

The results have been outstanding. Before working with UnFoldMart, we were generating around 5 leads per quarter. Within just 3 months of the engagement, that jumped to 10–15 hot leads every month — a massive shift for us, especially considering our average ticket size is around $10,000 USD.
On the SEO front, we now rank on page one for high-intent, geo-targeted keywords like "DevOps Service in Europe," "DevOps Service in London," "DevOps Service in Amsterdam," "DevOps Service in Frankfurt," "DevOps Service in Delhi," "Best DevOps Company in Frankfurt," and "Best DevOps Company in Gurgaon." These are competitive, buyer-intent terms that directly drive qualified inbound inquiries.
On the GEO side, SquareOps has started appearing as a recommended DevOps provider on AI platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity — visibility that simply didn't exist before UnFoldMart stepped in.

UnFoldMart's project management has been very smooth and professional. Timelines were always respected — whether it was delivering keyword research, publishing optimized content, or rolling out technical fixes, everything was on schedule.
What stood out most was their responsiveness. Being a DevOps company, we operate in a fast-moving space where new services and market opportunities come up quickly. Whenever we needed to pivot focus to a new geo-targeted keyword or adjust strategy for a specific region like Frankfurt or Amsterdam, the team adapted without delays or pushback.

What truly sets UnFoldMart apart is that they don't just do traditional SEO — they think ahead. Most agencies we evaluated were still stuck in a keyword-and-backlink mindset. UnFoldMart came to us with a clear vision around AEO and GEO, which frankly we hadn't even considered at the time. The idea that our brand could show up as a recommended provider inside ChatGPT or Perplexity responses was new to us, and they made it happen.
Another thing that impressed us was their understanding of our niche. DevOps and cloud infrastructure is a highly technical B2B space, and most marketing agencies struggle to grasp the nuances. UnFoldMart took the time to understand our services, our buyer persona, and the competitive landscape across multiple geographies — from Delhi to Frankfurt to Amsterdam. That level of domain understanding reflected directly in the quality of content and targeting. The speed of results was the biggest surprise. Going from 5 leads a quarter to 10–15 hot leads per month within 3 months is not something we expected from an SEO engagement. They clearly know how to prioritize high-impact work over vanity metrics.
Are there any areas for improvement or something UnFoldMart could have done differently?
Nothing major, but if I had to pick one area — it would be great if UnFoldMart could provide a more detailed competitive benchmarking report at the start of the engagement. They did share competitor insights, but having a structured side-by-side comparison showing where we stand versus the top 3–4 competitors on SEO, AEO, and GEO visibility from day one would have helped us set internal expectations better and get faster buy-in from our leadership team.
Also, as GEO is still a relatively new space, it would be helpful if they could create more educational content or short workshops to help our internal marketing team understand how AI platform visibility works, so we can contribute more effectively on our end. But these are minor suggestions, not complaints. The results speak for themselves.
