Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

A client of mine needed a piece of custom software creating, an internal tool to speed up workflow and automate a range of manual tasks. This involved incorporating some features that required AI functionality and had some significant security and compliance requirements too. This client had never embarked on having a piece of custom software written for them before.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Unflow team really exceeded our expectations. The consultative part of the process up-front was just as impressive as the quality of the work itself. They took an enormous amount of time to not just understand our brief in full detail, but also to explore a range of possibilities with us, providing some priceless insight and educating both me and my client in the process. 

The project was turned around on time, on budget, and with even more functionality than we had originally hoped for. We've already started work on phase 2 of this project to add additional functionality.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication was superb - we had access to multiple team members on a private Slack channel, on regular video calls (which were always booked on our time zone) and via email too. Everything was delivered on time, and when we made changes to the scope they were fast to respond with updated timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The combination of being knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and having such good communication was absolutely paramount to working with them. I find it rare to partner with a team that possesses all of these qualities!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Unflow could have done differently?

Honestly, no. If anything, I would get them involved in a project even sooner next time around, as their deep knowledge of this kind of project would have been beneficial to us during our planning phase.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We commisioned Unflow to build a private AI environment with bespoke features (e.g. shared prompt repository), only accessible to our employees (using SSO), integrating the best genAI tools (a variety of leading LLMs and diffusion models) via their APIs. In addition to the frontend build, we also asked for an admin centre where we could manage token levels and employee accessibility.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unflow completed the project on time and on budget and went above and beyond with feature development. We were so impressed we've recommisioned them to keep developing the platform.
