Deliver high quality SW with a simple interface
Uncode has developed solutions for the following requirements:
- IoT: HW + SW solution to read Temperature and Pressure data from machines / controllers to provide a real-time dashboard / reports of machine performance. Pressure transmitters, thermocouples, and generic RS-485 outputs could be interfaced with. The architecture involves a custom HW and Raspberry Pi to acquire and collate live data hosted on AWS. - SCADA: SW solution to monitor and control machine performance by interfacing with PLCs. Live data projected onto tables and collated for generating reports with the soluion loaded on a Raspberry Pi, and an option to view overall factory performance (with a view to any and all machines) on a central dashboard. - MIS: SW web application that is capable of connecting to backend data from Tally®, and custom MS Excel files to extract business metrics and information and display them using user-friendly features. Data could be visualized as tables, graphs, and support for drilling down the period of sales from a year to a day or a specific date range.
