Scope of Work
This project is to implement a digital Warehouse Management System for a pharmaceutical wholesaler to replace manual processes with a faster, more accurate, and fully integrated solution.
The system will support key warehouse activities such as receiving stock, scanning and counting medicines, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, claims, and returns. It will use 1D and 2D barcode scanning to improve speed and reduce human error, while also integrating with NMVS for real-time medicine verification and FMD compliance.
The solution will also connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to sync customer, supplier, and product data in real time, and with logistics providers to allow shipment booking, label printing, and dispatch management directly from the system. A custom order entry module will also be included to help the sales team enter orders more accurately and speed up fulfilment.
Overall, the project will deliver a more efficient warehouse operation, better inventory visibility, stronger compliance, fewer manual errors, and improved customer service.
