RuffShopper is A pet Ecommerce Shop, we products exclusively for pets, we provide items for there health, play, wear, decorative, games and many more and my position in company is marketing Head

For what projects/services did your company hire ULTIVID, and what were your goals?

We wanted to promote some of our new products we added to our ecom store, and we needed a great video to demonstrate and showcase the item in the best way possible, since I don’t know much about videos, I wanted someone to give suggestions and tell us what will be the best for us, and Ultivid Did it amazingly well

I have tried to search for many video production companies, also search on many freelancer platforms but we wanted someone professional and trustworthy, after discussing the project with UltiVid I felt like they understand it very well, and explained to us their process and workflow very well, so we trusted them also they gave us a very affordable price which was similar to a freelancer also they are available always for the support, queries and updating.

We started with a meeting on Skype, where we explain our requirements to them, they provided us some of reference videos to choose style if we like any and I liked one of them very much, then gave us suggestions to add, and helped us creation the script for a 50second promotional video for our new products.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the video editor and motion graphic artist, they made milestone for each objective we made, they created a draft first, once we made desirable changes and approved then they move forward to final videos, even after final video they was open to make any change if needed but we loved the video and accepted as it is

We showed off video to all our company heads and employee and they all was very happy with the end results also when we run ads with the video it worked very well in ads as well

The video editor was directly in contact with us, asking details about our product, keypoints , and was telling ahead of time if he needed anything, we used Skype for discuss also since they are always available it was very easy to communicate with them

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took time to understand the project before starting or locking the project, we discuss in detail also there pricing is very budget friendly similar to freelancer but quality of work is of video production company. They handled everything very well and made a masterpiece for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish if we can visit and sit together with them while they working on our video, but since they are always on skype so that was similar to person as well

I am the marketing head of the clothing brand and we have collaborated with the local brands to give them a platform.

As we are creating a new label, we have various local brands working with us. It was a bit lengthy to work with such diverse minds and to bring them all under one roof. We were looking for explanatory and promotional videos which ultivid have provided us with ease and just how we wanted them to be.

We were looking for companies who are experienced and good at promotional and explanatory videos and which can be used as an Ad on TV. And we had some 10-12 proposal, and we zeroed down to ultivid.

Long forms of explainers and promotions are long gone now, we were looking for something short yet effective. Ultivid from the very beginning gave us the idea of how the message can be conveyed and proposed many other solutions to for example - making insta reels as a promotional video.

We worked with the team head. And he made it easy as with every single detail and took feedback and conveyed it to the designers and provided us with what we asked for.

We ran that ad on T.V and there was a significant increase ( 25%) in the number of visitors online and we went up by 1000 new followers on Instagram.

The team head was warm and very encouraging. He used to ask a lot of questions so as to be clear about what we actually were looking for. We communicated through online chats and video call over the course of Ad development. He made communication easier and was flexible enough to give a thought to every single detail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most important thing that we looked for, was to get out a clear message about the label that we were creating. They gave their 100% effort and listened to our demands every single time. They attended all the calls and gave us his ideas and thoughts of how we can portray the label.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think we could have met, to meet in person and to be virtually conducting things is entirely different and difficult, the entire team made things easy and comfortable.They did a great job .
