The project involved a detailed scope of work including planning, development, testing, and optimization. In the planning phase, Ultifide understood the existing shipment and production process, identified bottlenecks, and mapped an optimized workflow. The development stage focused on creating a scalable, user-friendly web application, along with synchronizing it with our e-Commerce systems and ERPs. 

Rigorous testing was conducted to ensure the application's robustness and efficiency. Post-deployment, the team monitored the system's performance and implemented necessary optimizations to ensure optimal performance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Increased Efficiency - One of the key objectives was to optimize Mercho's shipment and production process. Thanks to the new system orders are now filled 30% faster so it's a clear sign of success in that area. 
• Scalability - The application was designed to handle increased order flows. An ability to smoothly process a higher volume of orders without performance degradation would demonstrate the successful scaling of technology capacities. 
• Seamless Synchronization - The seamless integration with existing e-Commerce systems and ERPs was a critical part of the project. Reduced manual input and fewer errors in data transfer would be measurable indicators of the success of this integration.

This comprehensive solution was strategically devised to accommodate both web and mobile applications, ensuring users could manage, organize, and track their diverse range of digital assets with ease and efficiency. The web application boasted a fluid and responsive user interface that seamlessly adapted across both desktop and mobile browsers. 

A role-based access control mechanism was integrated, allowing different users to access varying functionalities based on their authorization levels. In tandem with the web application, a mobile counterpart was crafted, optimizing on-the-go accessibility for users. The application integrated advanced search algorithms, streamlined categorization, and real-time collaboration features, all wrapped in a sleek, user-friendly design.

The company is also the first commercial manufacturer of radiopharmaceuticals used in diagnostics for oncology (PET) in Poland.

Development of the application using technologies such as Java, Angular, Redis and Keycloak. Strong emphasis was placed on anonymising patient data and isolating access to data within a facility, district, province and nationwide for different types of users. Another challenge was the processing of data in formats returned from many models of radiological devices.

The application was developed as a module for a tool previously developed by the company, with which we were able to integrate while retaining existing user accounts. All the initial project goals were delivered.
