We have some goods stuck in China and we want to import that from China to the UAE. For that, we search and contact lots of shipping companies in the UAE. Finally, we found UKR Shipping LLC so we gave this task to them. And they successfully completed that task on time.

Initially, we contacted Alex from UKR Shipping and he is done everything for us.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
During this pandemic, while we needed to import our products from China to our other office in the UAE, UKR Shipping helped us to get that delivered on time.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The shipping coordinator that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over the phone. Overall, I was impressed by the timeliness of the team.
