They came as a recommendation from another antique dealer. They were significantly cheaper than anyone else we wanted to use.

We began working together in July 2002, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's been an extremely positive experience. We can make so many more sales in the past when we used smaller shippers which is more of white glove service. Since they work with so many other antiques dealers, the price point is great.

How did Ukay Delivery perform from a project management standpoint?

They're generally very reliable. They also have a service where if something breaks in transit, they have furniture renovators in-house that can fix it completely.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their cost is not just competitive, but the difference between making and not making a sale.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their billing could be improved. They occasionally make a mistake on whether something is pre-paid or charge on delivery. In the end, they've always made sure the right thing was done.
