We are in the last stages of the project; UIUX MEDIA is now concentrating on support as we move into the actual development process. UIUX MEDIA designed our web application using Figma. The application enables users to complete their application and go through the process to apply for a program.

Our proprietary payment innovation is part of our AI agentic platform, which was designed and visualised by UIUX MEDIA.  Creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface that accurately conveys the platform's autonomous decision-making and real-time transaction validation was the main goal of their project.

 Work Scope & Essential Deliverables
 Platform Visualisation & UX Design: UIUX MEDIA developed a high-fidelity design system that effectively communicates our platform's AI-powered nature, guaranteeing smooth interaction and navigation.

 Developed interfaces that demonstrate our unique spend control techniques and the real-time, multi-dimensional transaction validation process are known as unique Payment Innovation UI.
 To improve user interactions and verify design assumptions, user journey mapping and prototyping were developed, resulting in interactive prototypes and comprehensive user flows.

Iterative Design Improvements: Several feedback loops were carried out to match our vision with the user interface, guaranteeing scalability and flexibility for upcoming improvements.

From the start, the UIUX MEDIA team took the time to learn what users would require as well as what we wanted.  They thoroughly examined industry best practices and competition analysis during their extremely beneficial research phase.  They gave us ideas that improved the way we organised important aspects of our concept, even though we had already planned it out.  The goal was to ensure that every interaction felt seamless and natural, not merely to make the app look attractive.

  The way they handled navigation especially pleased me; despite the app's abundance of capabilities, it felt natural.  In order to maintain visual coherence and make development easier, they developed a UI kit.

Following the prototype's launch, we showed it to a select number of test users and possible investors.  Hearing a prospective customer remark, "This actually feels like a finished product," was one of the highlights.  We were comforted that we were headed in the right direction by that type of feedback.  The AI-powered symptom checker was also easy to use, according to the people we spoke with. This was one of our main worries prior to the project.

Our company wanted to break into a market that was still becoming commoditised because we were entering a new category. By establishing a new cloud-based service that offers analytics on consumers, storage infrastructure powered by instrumentation, and telemetry data running on-premises, we want to revolutionise the stack in the analytics and insights space. Customers would be surfaced as part of the product to ensure their environments are functioning as intended. 
By using actionable insights, it can identify and fix those problems in a closed-loop process. It can also perform predictive analytics on their surroundings and make proactive optimisations. To go from an On-Prem, Windows-based management system to a web SaaS environment where user experience and reduced friction are critical was a novel approach.

In terms of future specifications and the kind of analytics we intended to show the client, we were conceptually clear about what we desired.  We presented our general concepts to UIUX MEDIA.  Every client journey was covered at the kickoff meeting.  
We accomplished this by going over the need statements of the customers and developing personalities and empathy for them.  Our teams then went over all of the journey maps. Subsequently, we concentrated on the screens and the components that our characters had to engage with.  The interface design was the first step in this process, followed by wireframes, high resolution mockups, and all feedback loops.

In addition to helping us create a successful cloud product, they also helped us change the culture of our company by emphasising the value of user experience (UX), the necessity of keeping products simple, and how we approach engineering in future iterations.

 It used to be all about how many knobs and levers we could have in the storage area.  However, that offers a practical user-centric design that is highly suggestive of acquiring new clients.  At our company, bringing that approach in and simplifying it to achieve business goals changed everything.  It made it easier for us to think about and approach our future in terms of our storage infrastructure vision.
