What challenge were you trying to address with Ui Master?

We needed help with Shopify theme and app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ui Master developed a Shopify theme for one of my clients and an app for my company. The team provided Figma files with the whole theme and also provided the liquid files for my projects. The team developed the home page, product page, product detail page, cart page, and general content pages.

We worked with 2–3 members of Ui Master’s team.

How did you come to work with Ui Master?

We found Ui Master through an online search. We chose them over other options we considered because of their high-quality work portfolio and budget-friendly services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Ui Master from June to July 2025.

Ui Master’s work was successful. The team provided a good quality of design with liquid code and CSS.

I’m the co-founder of The CodeWhiz Solutions. We partner with agencies to provide web development services, helping them handle more projects efficiently without increasing their internal workload.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ui Master?

I hired Ui Master to design a clean, user-friendly interface for my client's website that would improve user experience and boost conversions. I also needed a professional design that I could quickly hand off to my development team.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ui Master handled the complete UI/UX design for an e-commerce website, which included 15 different page templates. The main deliverables were high-fidelity Figma design files ready for development. The pages included the homepage, product listing, product detail, cart drawer, collection listing, search result, about us, checkout, user account, order history, contact, career, and many more.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two teammates from Ui Master.

How did you come to work with Ui Master?

I found Ui Master through a referral. I chose them because they had 17+ years of experience and great reviews for delivering high-quality, development-ready designs. We started with one test project, and they did an awesome job and exactly what I needed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–September 2018. After that, we completed plenty of projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website saw a 30% increase in user engagement and a 15% boost in sales conversions within the first two months. We also received positive feedback from customers who found the site easier to navigate and more visually appealing.

Ui Master's project management was very organized and professional. They delivered before the deadline.
