The project involved the end-to-end development of our eCommerce platform on Shopify, tailored to meet our specific business requirements.

TWN was responsible for designing and building the website, implementing all necessary plugins, and customizing functionalities to support both the customer experience and our internal workflows.

A key part of the scope was the integration with our internal ERP system, ensuring seamless synchronization of products, inventory, and order data between platforms. This significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced manual work. In addition, TWN implemented analytics and tracking tools to provide visibility into user behavior and website performance.

They also supported the setup of email marketing systems and campaign infrastructure, enabling us to manage customer communication and marketing efforts more effectively.

The main deliverables included a fully functional and optimized Shopify website, ERP integration, configured analytics and tracking systems, and a complete foundation for email marketing and digital campaigns.

The project led to a successful launch of a fully functional Shopify store, providing a stable and scalable eCommerce platform.

We also gained clear visibility into customer behavior and website performance through the implementation of analytics tools, enabling more informed decision-making. The setup of email marketing and campaign systems allowed us to engage customers more effectively and support ongoing marketing efforts.

Overall, the new platform improved workflow efficiency, enhanced the user experience, and created a solid foundation for future growth and digital marketing initiatives.

There were no significant areas for improvement, as everything went smoothly and met our expectations throughout the project. Communication was clear, delivery was on time, and the collaboration was very well organized.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Recipe Media, a small restaurant in Paris. We started collecting recipes and wanted to present them to people in multiple languages. In addition to our own recipes, we allow anyone to submit their recipes to us.

We hired them to develop a recipe website with a fully functional API, enabling others to interact with and contribute to the platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TWN created a website and API, handled hosting, and assisted us with configuring the domain DNS and email functionality. We began by explaining our business needs, and they provided technical recommendations regarding hosting, security, platform, and functionality. They clearly explained the tools they would use and how everything would work. In addition to testing, they supplied comprehensive technical documentation.

We found them through an online search. Their pricing fit our budget, they were a great cultural fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–October 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had weekly meetings with presentations and progress updates. Since the website was new, we initially had no traffic, but now we see daily and returning visitors. We track traffic using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

How did TWN perform from a project management standpoint?

TWN was very professional. They created a project in their system and added our small team, giving us access to their project management platform where all tasks were detailed. They delivered faster than expected, the project was scheduled for December 2025, but they completed it in October 2025. Communication was smooth through virtual meetings, email, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We trusted them because they were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They provided great value for the delivery. I only had to give a few instructions, and they seemed to understand my vision perfectly. They delivered exactly what I wanted and even more.
